Circle for staff

Circle

Group connection and professional development for your team

Teams who are asked to hold the complexities of trauma and sexual harm need spaces to reflect, connect and develop the skills that will help support their wellbeing and professional learning. Circle is a way of holding groups that allows people to find calm in the chaos, provides a way of truly listening to one another, and helps people feel into their own boundaries and growth.

We have used circle to support teams working in the Rape Crisis sector for years. Let us support your teams using this beautiful and powerful practice.

Our 90 minute online circles can explore themes such as boundaries, belonging, trust, hope, conflict, justice, anger, endings, dignity, leadership and joy. Hold a one-off circle, or ask us to make a programme of circles for your team so that they feel held and connected in the work.

We believe that circle could be one of the most powerful ways of supporting your staff, growing group cohesion, and preventing internal conflicts and burn out.
