About the event
Preparing for the new duty to prevent workplace sexual harassment means more than understanding the law. It means having a clear, proportionate and effective prevention plan for your organisation. This practical online planning day is a facilitated working session with Dr Nina Burrowes, psychologist and author of All Reasonable Steps: How Psychology Transforms Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention. Throughout the day you'll apply the book's principles to your own organisation or clients, with plenty of opportunity to discuss challenges, ask questions and learn alongside a small group of peers.
Together we'll explore:
Developing an effective prevention strategy for your organisation
Engaging senior leaders from both a risk management and organisational culture perspective
Addressing third-party harassment in a way that reflects your context
Reviewing whether your current training is effective, proportionate and up to date
