Strengthening regulatory leadership and practice in the prevention of sexual harassment
Regulators help define what safe, ethical, and accountable practice looks like across entire professions. That responsibility begins internally: regulators must not only uphold high standards themselves, but be seen to lead this work with credibility, consistency, and integrity.
We partner with regulators because meaningful change at regulatory level creates a wider ripple effect across workplaces, professions, and public trust - and because this work demands specialist expertise, strategic leadership, and practical support that can stand up to scrutiny.

We provide specialist training for regulatory staff responsible for handling sexual misconduct concerns within fitness to practise processes, and for those supporting organisations across their profession to understand and meet regulatory standards.
We also work with regulators internally through our workplace membership, bystander training, and Professional Development Series, helping strengthen organisational culture, staff capability, and prevention practice within their own workforce. Reduced regulator rates are available across all internal culture, training, and workforce development services.
