When the conversation is real, how prepared are your managers?
Powered by AI avatars, discover our safe way for managers to practise the conversations that sexual harassment prevention require - before the moment is real.
Managers may know what your policy says. But would they feel confident putting that knowledge into practice when faced with inappropriate behaviour, a sensitive disclosure or an incident involving a customer, client or other third party?

Our live, facilitated training gives managers a safe place to practise these conversations before the moment is real.

Using realistic AI-powered scenarios, managers can try an approach, reflect on what happened and go again - building the confidence and practical skills to respond well when it matters.
Live training. Realistic practice. Thoughtful reflection.
Each session is held live online and facilitated by Dr Nina Burrowes. Managers begin with a refresher of the relevant knowledge and principles before applying them in realistic conversations with an AI avatar.

After each practice conversation, we debrief together. We reflect on what worked, identify opportunities to strengthen the response and explore different approaches. Managers then have the opportunity to try again, putting those insights into practice straight away.

This is not a test, and managers are not left to navigate the experience alone. It is a supportive, facilitated process designed to help them develop through practice.

Managers leave with:
-
Refreshed knowledge of what a good response involves
-
Experience applying that knowledge in realistic situations
-
Greater confidence in handling sensitive conversations
-
Practical feedback and opportunities to refine their approach
-
A clearer sense of what to say and do when the moment is real
See the practice. Follow the reflection. Hear the feedback.
Watch a complete practice session, from opening the conversation through to reflection and feedback. You will see that the aim is not to produce a perfect response on the first try. It is to notice what is happening, make considered choices and use feedback to improve.

Our standard practice scenarios
The standard package develops two essential areas of manager capability:
-
Addressing inappropriate behaviour
-
Hearing a disclosure from a colleague and supporting them with appropriate next steps
Tailored to your organisation
We can also create a tailored package based on the situations your managers are most likely to encounter. That might include an issue your organisation has faced before, a particular third-party risk within your working environment or another sensitive situation in which managers need to feel better prepared.

We will work with you to create relevant, realistic scenarios that reflect your context, policies and expectations.
Now it's your turn.
Try out a scenario for yourself. Step into a realistic workplace scenario and see how it feels to respond in the moment. What would you say? Where might the conversation lead?

How the data from your session is used
Our demo sessions are private. You will need to connect your microphone so that you can interact with the avatar but you do not need to turn on your camera. Only you see your debrief which you will be able to download as a PDF. On the back-end we will see your score and a transcript of your session, but this will not be connected to a name or email address.
Then consider the wider question: how would your managers respond?

Our live training gives them the chance to find out, and ensures they are supported as they practise, reflect and build the confidence to handle these situations well.
