About the event

Join us for a workshop on how to survive life at uni if you've had any experience of child sexual abuse, domestic abuse or sexual violence. We'll talk about balancing the coping mechanisms you need to deal with your past with the stresses of university life, how to build yourself a network of support in a new town, how to seek help when you need it, and how to learn the skills you'll need to continue living with your past as you study for your future.

This workshop is open to students of all genders.

This workshop will be limited to 50 people. You'll be walking into a room full of fellow students, with our Consent Collective experts and activists, along with support workers from Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre. To guarantee your place please register for a ticket, but if you want to turn up on the day and see if there is room for you then that's fine too. If you have any questions about this workshop you can contact us hello@consentcollective.com
