About the event

When someone has been accused of sexual harassment what are the ways in which you can be considering the role of risk and wellbeing during any investigation process, and if they are to remain within your organisation what support or education may help lower the chances of them causing harm to others in the future?

This training will help you move beyond instinct and assumption, equipping you with a more grounded, evidence-informed way of thinking about risk, behaviour, and what supports meaningful change. The result is greater confidence in your decisions, clearer professional boundaries, and a more robust approach to preventing repeat harm.

This training will cover:

  • Myths and realities of people who sexually harass others

  • Risk - understand different types of risk, the evidence base behind them and what that can mean for your professional practice

  • The wellbeing needs of those accused of harm
