About the event

If you want to make sure your organisation is responding appropriately to sexual harassment and doing what it can to create a culture that doesn't tolerate this kind of abuse then join us for an interactive workshop where we'll help you navigate the terrain. We'll talk about what sexual harassment is, how prevalent it is, and what the impact can be. During the workshop you'll get the chance to immerse yourself in a case study and explore the challenges and responsibilities facing managers, HR professionals and wellbeing teams.

Whilst this workshop will explore the impact any form of sexual violence may have on your staff the main focus of the workshop will be responding to sexual harassment in the workplace. If you would like to find out more about how your could better support employees who have experienced any form of sexual or domestic abuse please click here.

This workshop will be led by our founder psychologist Dr Nina Burrowes.

Delegates are welcome to join us from 11.45 for a 12.15 start. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. You are very welcome to stay with us and carry on the conversations over a drink after the workshop has finished at 5pm.
